A casing oscillator is a specialized piece of equipment used in construction, particularly for deep foundation work, to install large-diameter casing (steel pipes) into the ground, especially in difficult ground conditions like hard rock or unstable soil. It works by rotating and vibrating the casing while applying downward force, reducing friction and facilitating penetration.
